Erasmus University Rotterdam - Main Port of Knowledge Our university is an international spawning ground for critical academic thinking, driven by a strong focus on current social issues. Our focus lies on management, organisation and policy in the public and private sectors, as well as on medicine and health sciences. Education and research is grouped into three domains, in which our university enjoys international recognition. The cohesion in domains is conducive to multidisciplinary collaboration in education and research. Where disciplines meet, knowledge is advanced. The domains are Economics and Management,Medicine and Health, Law, Culture and Society. These three domains are linked to the seven faculties that make up Erasmus University Rotterdam. Research is conducted at research schools and institutes or in faculty research groups.
