General information

Education in Holland is not for free, but tuition fees are reasonable compared to other countries. The annual tuition fees for the enrolment in a degree program or course at a Dutch higher education institution start at approximately 1,500 Euros for EU students. Private universities have recently acquired the right to set their own prices. Master programs tend to be more expensive, too. The costs for programs and courses for non-EU students are generally higher. In some cases, you may be eligible for (full) funding for your studies (in Dutch: studiefinanciering).
