The Evangelische Hochschule Berlin (EHB) is a modern and perfomance-oriented education- and research-institution for health- and socioeconomic facilities as well as for churchly and pastoral organisations. As one of the oldest training schools for social professions in Germany the Evangelische Fachhochschule Berlin looks back on an educational tradition of over 100 years. Yet today the Fachhochschule feels constrained to its foundation idea to procure an education based on Christian tradition that connects theory and praxis. Tolerance and respect for dissenters and other cultures are part of the self-conception of all employees and students.
